We begin the process with a detailed technical inspection of the machine and the premises. We measure access routes, ceiling heights, and floor load capacities, and assess the feasibility of using hoists, cranes, and special transport vehicles. Based on this, we prepare a dismantling plan, transport routes, and a work schedule, including safety measures and coordination with the customer's operations.

We will shut down the machine, safely disconnect it from the power supply, air supply, and cooling and lubrication systems. We will remove or secure sensitive components (control units, chucks, tool heads, measuring systems) in accordance with the manufacturer's recommendations. Label all parts, document them, and prepare them for packaging to ensure that subsequent assembly is quick and error-free.

We protect the machine and its components from damage and corrosion using plastic sheeting, protective packaging, and securing them to pallets or steel frames. For handling, we use hydraulic jacks, low-profile transport trolleys, roller conveyors, and cranes as needed. All operations are performed by trained personnel with valid certifications.

We handle transportation using specialized transport with cargo securing in accordance with applicable standards. Upon arrival at the new location, we position the machine using lifting equipment, precisely level it using laser or optical instruments, and anchor it to the floor according to the project documentation. We then connect all utilities, perform a test run, and hand over the machine ready for production. The entire process is covered by liability insurance.
