Comprehensive relocation and installation of production lines

Our services for the installation and relocation of production lines and machinery for the packaging industry, printing presses, labeling machines, and comprehensive logistics systems—including conveyors, palletizing stations, and warehouse equipment—cover the entire process from initial survey to final commissioning. Our experienced mechanics and electricians plan every step to ensure maximum safety and the smooth progress of installation work. We work closely with the technology supplier to ensure installation meets high standards of precision and production quality.

We provide disassembly, relocation, and reassembly services for printing presses, packaging lines, labeling machines, and complex logistics systems, including conveyors, palletizing stations, and warehouse equipment. We ensure proper balancing, anchoring, and precise alignment. All work is carried out according to a pre-approved schedule so that you have a clear overview of the process and deadlines.

Where possible, we carry out relocations in phases, on weekends, or during off-peak hours so that key sections of the line remain operational. We prepare alternative material flow routes and temporary solutions in advance so that you can continue production with minimal disruption. Every intervention is documented, and all steps are discussed with your team.

Workplace safety is our top priority. We comply with applicable national and European standards, as well as the customer's internal health and safety regulations, and use certified lifting and handling equipment. Our staff undergoes regular training, holds valid certifications, and works in accordance with precise work procedures and risk assessments. We are covered by liability insurance, so you can rest assured that your property and equipment are protected throughout the entire project.

The complete process of relocating production lines

We carry out the relocation of production lines and machinery for the packaging industry as a managed turnkey project. We begin with technical preparation, during which we conduct a detailed survey of the current state of the equipment, power connections, control systems, and safety features. We develop disassembly and assembly procedures, label components, and prepare documentation for reconnection. This also includes a risk analysis, a work schedule, and a proposal for temporary measures to minimize disruption to production.

Next comes logistics planning, where we define the sequence of disassembly, packing, and loading, as well as the types of transport vehicles and the necessary handling equipment. We take into account the dimensions and weight of the machines, access routes, floor load-bearing capacity, and the specific characteristics of the destination facility.

When handling heavy loads, we use appropriate lifting equipment (cranes, forklifts, aerial work platforms, sliding skids) and certified slings. Every step is supervised by an experienced technician who ensures the machine's stability, proper securing, and protection of sensitive parts. We professionally pack and secure machines and production lines against damage, vibrations, and moisture, including protective covers for electronics.

During reinstallation, we connect the equipment to utilities (electricity, compressed air, gas, water), exhaust systems, conveyors, and control systems. This is followed by the calibration and adjustment of mechanical, pneumatic, and electronic components, including sensors, actuators, and safety circuits.

During the relocation, we also offer line modernization and optimization. This may involve replacing outdated components, adding automation, and improving workplace ergonomics.
